Multigrid Methods in Multiscale Modeling of Atomistic Solids

We will describe a Multigrid methodology for the modeling of atomistic systems. The methodology provides a way for systematic upscaling and allows for efficient computation of mechanical properties of solids. This is joint work with Jingrun Chen at UCSB.
