Algebraic techniques for incidence problems: Consumer demand

Micha Sharir

Although the title is similar to that of my talk at WS1, and there will be some overlap for the sake of the audience that did not attend WS1, this time I will focus on (some of) the problems that arise in the application of algebraic techniques to incidence and related
problems in combinatorial geometry. Among the issues I plan to address are further partitioning polynomials and ruled surfaces in higher dimensions.
