Some blind deconvolution and super-resolution imaging algorithms

I'll review some earlier work that I have been involved in on blind deconvolution and super-resolution imaging algorithms. The techniques include (1) numerical optimization in a phase diversity formulation for astronomical imaging, (2) a total-variation based blind deconvolution method capable of recovering discontinuities in both the image and the blurring function, and (3) a super-resolution method for obtaining higher-resolution images from a set of sub-pixel shifted lower resolution images. It is hoped that the last two techniques may also find useful applications in astronomical imaging.
