IPAM Frontiers Society

Your membership in IPAM’s Frontiers Society will help us continue to run high quality
programs attracting both internationally renowned experts as well as promising young
scholars while also allowing you exclusive access to a number of “members only” benefits.

| Membership Levels: |
| Innovator ($100/year): |
Benefits include an IPAM gift (t-shirt or other), and preferred seating at all
IPAM public lectures. *

| Visionary ($500/year): |
In addition to the benefits listed above, Visionary level members will receive
free parking at public lectures, DVD copies of public lectures, and recognition
on the IPAM website and in the annual newsletter.

| Champion ($1000/year): |
In addition to the benefits listed above, Champion level members will receive
invitations to exclusive IPAM events in Los Angeles (at least one per year),
and free registration to all IPAM workshops and conference. **

* IPAM offers two to four public lectures per year. Recent speakers include Carlos Bustamante
(population biologist, MacArthur Fellow), S.T. Yau (geometry and string theory, Fields Medalist), David Gross
(KITP, Nobel Prize for Physics), and Kevin Trenberth (NCAR meteorologist, lead author of Climate
Change reports). Members will receive invitations to lectures by email.
** IPAM offers approximately 15 five-day workshops from September through May each year, with
five speakers a day recruited internationally. The registration fee for the general public is
$100 per workshop (discounted for students and postdocs). More information on past and upcoming
workshops is available online.
