Two Post-doctoral Positions in Bioinformatics and DNA Microarray Analysis

Project title: DNA microarray analysis of transcriptional regulation
Goal: To deduce transcriptional regulation loops using DNA microarrays

Postdoc 1: PhD in Physics, Chemistry, Statistics, Mathematics, or Bio-engineering are welcome to apply. Successful candidates must have strong mathematical and computer background. Knowledge in bioinformatics and molecular biology is helpful, but not essential.

Postdoc 2: PhD in Microbiology, Molecular biology, Biochemistry, or Bio-engineering are welcome to apply. Successful candidates must have a strong background in transcriptional regulation in either prokaryotic or eukaryotic cells.

Funding: NIH, DARPA, NSF.
