IPAM will arrange for lodging at a local hotel for applicants who are awarded funding. Others may book their own rooms at one of the following hotels, where we have secured room blocks. If these hotels are sold out for your dates, or if you miss the cut-off date, please consult our general hotel page for other suggestions.
Hotel Angeleno is a luxury hotel about a mile west of campus in Brentwood. A hotel shuttle is available to bring you to campus. The room rate for this conference is $189/night plus tax. Hotel Palomar is located at 10740 Wilshire Blvd. in Westwood and is a 25-minute walk from IPAM, or the “house car” can transport you to IPAM upon request. Hilgard House is a short walk from IPAM and Westwood Village. They offer free parking for one car, excluding vans and SUVs. The UCLA rate is $162/night for single occupancy (about $185 with tax). Please identify yourself as an IPAM guest when you make your reservation. Rooms will be blocked until three weeks before the first day of the workshop. If you use the hotel’s online form to make your reservation, refer to the IPAM program in the comment box and they will adjust your rate accordingly.

UCLA’s Luskin Center (***SOLD OUT***) is located on campus, a short walk from IPAM. The IPAM rate is $197 per night. (This rate is not subject to tax.) You may reserve your room online at lcc.ucla.edu/reserve. Under “add code,” choose “group attendee” and enter “LAT2018” in the text box. Follow their instructions to complete your reservation. You may also call 855-LCC-UCLA (855-522-8252) to make your reservation; please tell the reservationist that you are visiting IPAM to attend this program. Please ask about parking options and prices. If you book your room less than a month before the workshop starts, the hotel may not have rooms available at the IPAM rate.
