RIPS Supporting Documents Upload Page
Welcome to the RIPS2010 upload page. Applicants may use this page to upload their resume and
transcript or academic record. Referees (those writing a letter of recommendation for an applicant)
may use it to upload their letter.
Please upload files in PDF, Word document, or JPG format.
Please fill in all the required fields (marked with *), and once you are done click on Submit. You can
upload only one document at a time (i.e. just a letter of recommendation), or you can upload all required
documents at the same time. A message will appear on this page confirming receipt of your uploaded document.
If you upload the same document multiple times, the most recent document will overwrite the previous version:
Example 1: If you upload a transcript from “UCLA” after you’ve already uploaded another transcript from “UCLA”
– the most recent upload will be the only one we receive. (You can, however,
submit two transcripts from two different schools.)
Example 2: If Professor Smith uploads a letter for you and decides he/she need to revise it – they just need
to upload it again and the old version will be overwritten.
Please note: the deadline for applications and all supporting documents is Sunday, February 14.
