DESIGNATED HOTEL

For each workshop, IPAM typically blocks rooms at a local hotel or hotels. Your invitation letter (if you are receiving funding) and the workshop's hotel accommodations and air travel page, which is linked to the program’s web page, provides instructions for reserving a hotel room. In order to retain our special rate, we encourage you to use the designated hotel for your workshop if at all possible.

ALTERNATIVE HOTELS

The following hotels may have availability if you are unable to reserve a room at the designated hotel for your workshop, or if you are a long program participant but you are in-residence for a short period. If you have IPAM funding, please note the amount you have been awarded for lodging on your invitation letter before booking a room. These rates are current as of October 17, 2008. Rates may change without our knowledge.

Most of the hotels listed here are at least a 10 minute walk from IPAM; if you cannot walk that distance, we advise you to stay in Hotel Angeleno, which provides complementary shuttle service to its guests.
