Constraints and uncertainty in connectome-constrained models

I will provide a survey of connectome-constrained network modeling approaches and the nature of the data that is available to build them. I will focus on what is constrained and what is not, and some approaches to dealing with what is not constrained. If I have time, I will describe the application of some of these ideas to data from fruit flies.
