Ramanujan Type Graphs and Bigraphs

We use the language of the Arthur parameters to show that building quotients of SL3(Qp) are Ramanujan Type. We also investigate the tree of
U3(Qp) viewed as a biregular graph and see how it relates to the notion of Ramanujan bigraph.
