This is a tutorial covering general basic features of ground-state DFT,
running from the basics of electronic structure to some of the latest
approximate functionals. It has no glitzy pictures, as you'll see lots of
those in the rest of the program. A good primer to review is DFT in a
nutshell, at http://dft.uci.edu/pubs/BW10.pdf.
The first hour will be general, the remaining half-hour will focus on
topics relevant to the program.
