The Kaehler-Ricci Flow and Geometry of Open Manifolds

This talk is concerned with the Ricci flow on complete noncompact Kaehler manifolds with nonnegative holomorphic bisectional curvature. We will discuss the analytic and geometric aspects of the flow. As applications we will report some recent developments on the uniformization theorems.
