Quantum Correlations, Operator Systems, and Operator Algebras

In this talk I will introduce the concept of bipartite non-signaling correlations, which play a central role in quantum information theory. The goal of this talk will be to explain how various classes of these correlations can be described using tools from operator systems theory and operator algebras.
