The CAE field is facing enormous innovative opportunities offered by the rapid development of AI and ML. Modern data analysis approaches can enhance and simplify the work of CAE users on complex engineering design processes using numerical simulations.
I’ll present two examples for the automated data processing of several simulations. First, for the numerical simulation of vehicle crashes, as these are routinely performed during the automotive development process. Second, for the analysis of several simulations of the flow around two cylinders, which, compared to a single cylinder, contains more complex modal structures in the wake region.
