Radiative Transfer in Early Structure Formation

In this short introductions I will focus on the applications of radiative transfer techniques to early HII regions and particular numerical techniques used for this problem. I will also show that the same approaches are relevant for present day star formation, BH feedback and galaxy formation simulations.
