TUTORIAL - Web classification and clustering using links

In this lecture we approach two problems on web documents, using link analysis: (1) efficiently topically focused enumerating clusters in the web graph, and (2) bootstrapping class labels. Both examples reveal the surprising power of links independent of the actual content of the pages.
