Nonlocal Conservation Laws in the Modeling of Vehicular and Pedestrian Traffic

Rinaldo Colombo
University of Brescia

Nonlocal interactions are a reasonable ingredient in the modeling of vehicular traffic and crowd dynamics. From a macroscopic point of view, they lead to nonlocal conservation laws. This talk aims at presenting features specific to these models, from the modeling, analytic and numerical points of view.
