In this talk I will propose a definition of Human Analytics (HA) as the practice of data science to induce behavioral changes in communities and individuals. These changes are cultural, leverage social formations, foster legitimacy.First, I I will differentiate HA from Digital Humanities, Social Computing and Culture Analytics. Then, I will evaluate the three requirements to be fulfilled by the induced behavioural changes. Finally, I will explain the relevance of HA in the context of a real case: the Colombian peace process.
