Limit shapes of non-intersecting Brownian bridges via harmonic envelopes

Non-intersecting Brownian bridges develop macroscopic limit shapes under given initial and terminal particle distribution. An example for this is the Brownian watermelon. I will discuss these limit shapes from the point of view of the tangent plane method and draw a connection to limit shapes of random Young tableaux.
