He oversees the planning and implementation of IPAM’s programs and events including workshops, long programs, large-scale conferences, undergraduate programs, public lectures, donor events, banquets and board meetings, serving as the primary point of contact. Roland also serves as IPAM’s housing coordinator and is a research consultant at the UCLA School of Dentistry.
