Motoko Kotani, Professor at the Mathematical Institute of Tohoku University, is featured in the latest Committee on Women in Math (CWM) newsletter. Prof. Kotani was an organizer and speaker at the 2018 IPAM workshop on Quantum Computing Materials Challenges, and as the director if the AIRM in Sendai, was instrumental in establishing IPAM’s Graduate-level Research in Industrial Projects for Students (G-RIPS) Sendai program.
