IPAM does not hire any outside companies to make hotel reservations for our program participants, or share the names and email addresses of our participants with any outside parties. If you are contacted by a business that claims to represent IPAM and offers to book a hotel room for you, it is likely a scam. Please notify your program coordinator and do not accept their services.

The meeting will be held at the UCLA Conference Center at Lake Arrowhead (near San Bernardino). This beautiful self-contained facility is ideally suited for this purpose. More information about the conference center is available at www.uclaconferencecenter.com.
Accommodation and all meals (Sunday dinner through Friday lunch) are provided at the Lake Arrowhead Conference Center and will be booked and paid directly by IPAM. Each participant will get their own bedroom and bathroom but might share a 2BR 2BA condolet with another participant.
