IPAM will provide lodging (double occupancy) to successful applicants requesting funding; we expect your adviser or department to cover your travel. We will offer a handful of travel awards to those with extraordinary need and no other support. You will have an opportunity to request a travel award on the application form.

Successful applicants, regardless of their funding offer, will pay the registration fee upon registering, except in rare cases of economic hardship. Applicants will receive registration and payment instructions from IPAM.

Registration fees must be received two weeks in advance of the first day of the workshop to qualify for the early registration fees listed above. After that date, registration fees increase by $10, except for remote participants. There are no refunds of registration fees, barring extenuating circumstances.
