Internet MRA Tutorials
Part of the Long Program Internet Multi-Resolution Analysis: Foundations, Applications and Practice
September 9 - 12, 2008
Overview
We will offer tutorials in the first week of the program, to provide an introduction to the relevant problems as well as to the relevant concepts from mathematics, statistics, networking, control theory, information theory, economics, and other disciplines, and their applications.
The goal is to familiarize participants with the issues and techniques involved in Internet Multi-Resolution Analysis and to create a common language among researchers coming from different fields. Registration for these tutorials is free, to encourage broad participation.
