Geometric implications of Poincaré inequalities

In the setting of metric spaces endowed with a doubling measure, we will discuss the relation between the existence of p-Poincaré inequalities (1\leq p\leq \infty) and some geometric properties, including thick quasiconvexity and Keith Lip-lip condition. Throughout different examples we will show the (non) equivalence between some of these properties and discuss a few open problems.
