IPAM does not hire any outside companies to make hotel reservations for our program participants, or share the names and email addresses of our participants with any outside parties.  If you are contacted by a business that claims to represent IPAM and offers to book a hotel room for you, it is likely a scam. Please notify your program coordinator and do not accept their services.

IPAM has room blocks at the following local hotels for workshop participants. Please identify yourself as an IPAM guest when you make your reservation.  You may also consult IPAM’s Hotel Page for other options. Speakers and participants receiving IPAM support should read their offer letters and the Policies page for specific instructions and limitations.

UCLA’s Luskin Conference Center is a short walk from IPAM. IPAM has negotiated a rate of $249 per night.  Please ask about parking options and rates.  Please book your room a full month in advance of the first day of the workshop; after that, the hotel may not have rooms available at the IPAM rate. If booking online, enter  as the “conference code.”
