IPAM does not hire any outside companies to make hotel reservations for our program participants, or share the names and email addresses of our participants with any outside parties.  If you are contacted by a business that claims to represent IPAM and offers to book a hotel room for you, it is likely a scam. Please notify your program coordinator and do not accept their services.

IPAM has room blocks at the following local hotels for workshop participants. Please identify yourself as an IPAM guest when you make your reservation.  You may also consult IPAM’s Hotel Page for other options. Speakers and participants receiving IPAM support should read their offer letters and the Policies page for specific instructions and limitations.

Lodging: The Brentwood Inn (12200 W. Sunset Boulevard) is located near campus in adjacent Brentwood Village. The IPAM rate is $199/night for single occupancy ($228 with tax). IPAM will reimburse you for your room and tax based on actual costs for up to six nights, arriving on Sunday, February 06, 2022 and checking out on Saturday, February 12, 2022. To make your reservation, please call 310-400-0080 or send an email to info@thebrentwood.com and identify yourself as an IPAM guest. To use the hotel’s online form (recommended), please refer to the IPAM program in the notes/comment box to be added to the room block and receive the IPAM rate; if it says that no rooms are available, please try calling or emailing them. One night’s charge will be held as a deposit when you make your reservation. Please book your room immediately or as soon as possible. They offer free parking for one car, excluding vans and large SUVs. IPAM will provide shuttle service to and from IPAM since it is not within walking distance. Brentwood is a great area to stay in, and we are sure you’ll enjoy it!
