APPLICATIONS ARE CLOSED

Since space is limited, we will not offer open registration for this summer school. Rather, all participants will apply and be selected to participate by the organizers. This includes UCLA and local participants.

Successful applicants will receive registration and payment instructions from IPAM. The registration fee covers all conference materials, lodging (double occupancy), and daily breakfast; we expect your adviser or department to cover your travel. In rare cases of economic hardship, financial assistance may be available. Those who are requesting financial assistance, and those who are not, will use the same application form.

Questions and supporting documents should be sent to the email below. A CV or resume and letters of recommendation are requested for all applicants. Successful applicants will be notified as soon as admission decisions are made.

Encouraging the careers of women and minority mathematicians and scientists is an important component of IPAM’s mission and we welcome their applications.
